HOW TO ORDER
- After selecting the product you want to buy, press the “Add to Cart” button. You will see how the chosen product moves into the shopping cart at the top of the page.
- Click on “Shopping Cart” and then the “Buy” button.
- From the “Purchase options” menu, choose whether you want to sign up for an account on our site or to buy without an account. We encourage you to create an account, so you can track the history of your orders and benefit from promotions and offers. Press “Continue”.
- Enter your personal details and billing details. If the billing and delivery addresses are the same, check the box. If the delivery address is different, then enter the delivery details. Press “Continue”.
- Confirm express courier delivery charge:
- unique delivery charge – 20 lei – is automatically checked for orders less than 600 lei
- delivery charge 0 lei – will be automatically checked for orders with a value higher than 600 lei
- Confirm payment method:
- cash on delivery
- prepay by bank transfer (this is the only way you can send a gift to another address). If you need to add additional shipping information, you can add them here. Tick the box “I have read and I agree to the Terms and Conditions”. Press “Continue”.
- Check the order and click the “Confirm Order” button.
- After completing the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you specified. A Silk Love and Lace consultant will contact you by phone to confirm your order and contact details.
- FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE 600 LEI! – applicable for the main localities in Romania, in the Fan Curier coverage area, where there is no additional mileage fee.
- For orders below 600 lei – EXPRESS DELIVERY – Fan Curier, available all over the country with a few exceptions (villages and communes)
Shipping cost: 20 lei
You can see at any moment where your order is! All you have to do is enter here, enter a code (which you will receive from us) and find out immediately how far the package is from the destination.
If you want a delivery on a Saturday, please specify so in the comments section of the order.
If your locality is outside the localities covered by the free courier service, the shipping charge may be higher depending on the distance to the nearest locality in the express courier service network. All products are packed in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport.
If, however, for reasons beyond our control, you receive the products in damaged or destroyed packages, please make a complaint to the courier when receiving the package.
From the moment of the order confirmation, we will ship the package within 48 hours, except for weekends.
HOW TO PAY
Payment can be made in two ways:
Cash on delivery
The order is paid to the courier’s representative at the delivery of the package. Using this payment method, you can not send a gift to another person.
Payment in advance by bank transfer
Preferred payment method for customers with legal personality or individuals to order and send a gift to another address.
The bank transfer will be made according to the invoice received by e-mail, the original invoice being present in the package. The order will be processed after we have the payment confirmation by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, for some reason, you want to return a product, we refund to you in full the amount paid for that product.
For this, you must complete the return form of the products within 10 days of receiving them. According to art. 4, lit. b of Government Ordinance no. 130/ 2000, the consumer is entitled to notify silkloveandlace.com that he / she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product..
Product returns will be made at the expense of the customer, using the same delivery service as the shipment. SILK LOVE and LACE will return the order value within 30 days of receiving the product. Also, the returned amount does not include commissions for bank transfers or postal warrants (if applicable).
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNED PRODUCTS:
The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered, it must have the attached labels, the original packaging and the documents that accompanied it.
We do not receive jewellery with fallen gems or traces of wearing!
ATENTION! We do not receive products with cash on delivery!
